Coaching $200/month
Monthly Coaching Includes:
- Personalized training plan assigned to you in 2-3 week blocks
- 30-60 minute biweekly phone call to discuss previous training block and make adjustments if needed
- Strength, mobility and run/cardio workouts
- Workouts are delivered using Training Peaks platform
- Unlimited email or texts for questions and feedback
- Event nutrition/hydration/gear strategies
- Life/training balance guidance
