Coaching $200/month

Monthly Coaching Includes:

  • Personalized training plan assigned to you in 2-3 week blocks
  • 30-60 minute biweekly phone call to discuss previous training block and make adjustments if needed
  • Strength, mobility and run/cardio workouts
  • Workouts are delivered using Training Peaks platform
  • Unlimited email or texts for questions and feedback
  • Event nutrition/hydration/gear strategies
  • Life/training balance guidance
